I receive a message on my desktop saying I've logged in too many times when I haven't logged in.  Did this to me 2 days ago also.  This is not happening on my iPhone or iPad.  Solution?

We're here to help address your email login concerns, @mjf30120.

 

We've found out that the main reason so many of our email users are getting locked out is due to bad actors trying to breach our customer's email accounts. We don't have a time frame for when this will be resolved, but rest assured we're looking into this and blocking the IP addresses of the bad actors who are making these login attempts.

 

For the time being, the workaround we have in place is to reset your password and clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove any stored password information. You can reset your password by following these easy steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.
