Login to sbcglobal. net Email Takes Me to AT&T Login Page?
My 83-year-old mother has an sbcglobal.net email account from when she had AT&T years ago and she has always accessed her email via the Yahoo web site. Suddenly she is being taken to the AT&T login page, and is unable to login, because it says her password is wrong. We've tried multiple times and are now locked out. We also tried the password reset and it brings up security questions she never set up, so we cannot get past those, either. What the heck is going on?

Thanks for that info, Julie! No Apple products involved here, but good to know!

Hi all,
We are seeing increased traffic on this thread. If you are seeing a "Bad Request" error when trying to set up email on a smartphone or tablet, not to worry, we are aware and working on a resolution.
In the meantime, please use the Yahoo Mail app or webmail to sign in.

I can't log in to me sbcglobal email on my MacBook Pro Safari 14+.
I've deleted cookies and cache.
I've reset the password.
I can login on my iPhone.
There is something just wrong with ATT. Maybe they're trying to take the company down and profit from bankruptcy, like Sears.

I am trying to log into my sbcglobal email which my wife set up as a subaccount 30 years ago. It keeps taking me to the AT&T sign in page which is set up differently than our emails. Does anyone have a solution. There also isn't any way she can ask for a secure mail key for my email since we are with a different wireless carrier. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

There is a difference between the .net and .com sites. I have only been able to access my sbcglobal.net email from a .net site. This one has a link to how I usually login. https://more.att.com/mail/
The regular yahoo sends me to a https://signin.att.com and that one always tells me my login info is incorrect.
The only thing I can do is wait it out until the .net works again.
Not able to login happens all the time. Can someone at AT&T please fix this?

1. First click on the link https://m.att.com/my/#/forgotLoginLanding. Thereafter you will be directed to the landing page of Password Recovery.
2. Next click on the checkbox which states ‘Password’. Enter the registered email id you have. Provide your name and press on ‘Continue’ button.
3. Select ‘I’ll Answer My Security Question’ in the Recovery Option.
4. Select the secret question you like and set an appropriate answer for the same. Click on ‘Continue’ button.
5. SBC will make a quick verification of the data which you have entered. If data matches with its database, it will give access and allow you to create a new password for your SBCGlobal email account.
6. Provide a strong, new password. Click on ‘Continue’ button to finish the process. Soon after you will get password reset confirmation from SBC.
