Logged out of email and can’t log back in

I was randomly logged out of my bellsouth email and my settings instructed me to re-enter my password. The password that I thought was correct but when I clicked ‘forgot password’ the security questions that came up would not accept the correct answers that I put in. I have physically gone to att stores, called numerous customer service lines, and filled out the email troubleshooting form online and have not been further contacted. no one at att has been able to help since the switch to yahoo but I desperately need to gain access to my email. 
What else is there for me to do to try to get back into this email or get help from someone that can asap??

Over and over and over and over again I get sign-in attempt failed messages....even when I wasn't trying to sign in. Their system just randomly signs you out and then won't let you back in, despite having the correct sign-in info. It just takes you around in circles... literally, I'm not joking. You follow all the instructions to get you back in and ultimately takes you back to where you started. Then not being able to get in touch with anyone that will help you is worst of all.

I no longer have an ATT account so the automated phone system is of zero use. I've only managed to get back in through a different browser or site and I've changed my password like every freakin time for security. It'll be ok for a period of time, maybe weeks, maybe months, who knows, but it always eventually does it again. This has been going on for years now and I seriously need my head examined for continuing to use it, let alone as my primary email especially when I want able to get in for a good year or longer a few years ago. What's wrong with me? Why do I put myself through this grief. I need to open a Gmail account instead already. Not even yahoo account cause they're owned or partnered or something with ATT which is when and why sbcglobal fell apart to begin with. Thanks ATT for f'ing all of us. I never want to even buy a phone or subscribe to any of their services because of this headache. Unbelievable.
