log in....unable to reset password....can't remember security question answers

Here is more information on how to reset your password.

You can reset your password by:

1. Go to att.com/myatt.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Fill out the password info.
4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
5. Create your new password.

After you reset your password, we suggest that you wait a full 72 hours so that it can resync your account.

Also, here is more information if you are having trouble signing into your email.

If you do not remember those security questions, unfortunately an email password reset cannot be processed. This is due to security reasons, and to protect customer information.

I'm trying to help my father regain access to his account. I do not see the option of selecting a temporary password on the Forgot password page after I enter the account and Last name. I only see security questions that he can't answer. Please help.
