Locked out of sbcglobal.net address for "too many login attempts". Unable to reset password and need help!
I see a lot of people are experiencing this problem. My wife has also been locked out, and I'm trying to help her regain access. Yesterday an ATT Expert or whatever they're called advised me to wait 24 hours, but 24+ hours later, I'm still locked out. When I go to try to reset my password, it says, "We don't have the account details we need to reset your password right now. To get help, call 800.288.2020." Calling that number just leads to an automated thing that texts a link that led to a chat with the ATT Expert. But I need to talk to someone who can actually unlock this account for me. Please help!
