locked out of sbcglobal email

I need to know how to access my sbcglobal.net email.  I used one solution given and it did not work, the one with underscore btwn ltrs and nbrs in password.

Have you tried resetting the password from your end? If not, give it a try with these steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Greetings, 

I am in the same boat.  It is ONLY asking me my security questions. It does not give me the ability to request a temp password.  I think this is b/c my email is the SUB account.  How can I request to get access to my sbcglobal.net email another way? I was on with support for 40 minutes and they could not help me but referred me to this site to see if there was another way I can provide proof and ask for access. The problem is that this email is connected to my apple id.

I am not sure how I got into my sbcglobal.  I tried so many things. When I got a response the only question they asked was my zip code and that took me to page to reset my password and answer my two questions.  This experience was a nightmare.  I had tried to download all my info which took much time.  I also forwarded all important info to my gmail to save it.  I have rethought what I will use my email for.  Thanks all wish I had the real solution.
