Locked out of pacbell.net account
I cannot log in to my pacbell.net email account. When I try to reset my password it says it does not have enough info. I called the 800 288 2020 number but for some reason it keeps connecting me to DirectTv and not someone who I can talk to about email issues. I need access to this email. In addition, I got CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]. What can I do?
