Locked out of old sbcglobal.net email
Hi there, my son has an SBC global.net account that I thought was a sub account of my old sbcglobal account.
He has been locked out for quite some time, and the phone number attached is not one we recognize.
he has gone through the process of trying to reset the username trying to reset the password, etc. with no luck. Please help!

Hi there, @Newt0002. We understand that your son is not able to access his email account. We can help him with that.
Since you have followed the password reset flow, but you are not able to recognize the telephone number to send the temp code to, we can look deeper into the email profile to see what other recovery options are associated on the account.
To move forward, we are going to need to bring you into the AT&T Direct Message space. You will notice a chat icon, next to a bell icon, in the upper right corner of this thread, next to your Forums profile icon. Our next message to you will appear there.
In the meantime, please gather the account information together. Do not post it publicly. We will ask for it again privately.
