Locked Out of old email

At one point my yahoo email (Sbcglobal.net email) was transitioned to AT&T, however I have not been able to access that email at all. Is there somewhere I can go to get even temporary access to this account?

Happy to help you sign in to your email, triscuit1214.

Reset your AT&T Mail password using the Forgot password option.

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Let us know if this helped you sign in or if you still need assistance.

THIS "SOLUTION" DOES NOT WORK.

I have gotten hard locked out of one of my Sbcglobal/Yahoo email accounts. It requires you to enter your User ID. Well, I created my Sbcglobal emails almost two decades ago. I have the User ID and login for one account. I can successfully log into two email addresses. But AT&T is recognizing none of my information. This "solution" is a dead end.

This problem was created on YOUR END, AT&T. Fix it!

We're here to help get you logged back into your email, @Hard_Locked_Hank.

To further assist you with this, we're going to need to speak privately via direct message.

Please have your full name, email address, and zip code on standby (please do not post it here).

You should notice a notification at the top right of the screen next to the bell icon indicating you've received a message from us shortly. We look forward to speaking with you!
