locked out of email

I have tried to access my att.net email with the appropriate password, but I keep getting an error that there were too many attempts and my account has been locked.  The answers to my security questions are not working.  Please help??!!!

Let's go ahead and meet in the AT&T Direct Message space. This way we can do an email profile review. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand corner of the page, next to a bell icon. Once you're there, we can continue this over the phone on in chat if you prefer.
