Locked out of email. Cannot change password

We have been locked out of one of our email accounts. It continually says that we have tried too many times when choosing “forgot password”. We have done a chat, we have called, this is a huge disaster and run around. I need my password reset and need in my email.

You will need to log into Currently, in order to access your email. This is the main website that you should be using to log in.

 

In order to reset your password, follow your steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

If you do not remember your security questions, then due to security reasons, and to protect customer information, we are unable to reset passwords at this time.
