locked out of email account

I can't log into my [EDITED]@sbcglobal.net email account.

It asks me to create a new password, tried that - didn't work

It also says it will send me an email - well that's not very helpful since I can't get into my email account

Need help please

Glad to help you sign in to your email, Pkempf.

 

Try using the security question option instead of receiving a temporary password.

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions and follow the prompts.
  5. Create your new password.
