Is this email a scam ?

Has anyone received a similar one?  There seems to be many posts on scam emails but not very recently.

There is some odd grammar in the text so probably.  Thank you.

It does beg the question - if there ever are upgrades to our accounts how would we be contacted for actions such as this?

The e-mail address that it purportedly comes from is an att.net address; only customer addresses end in .net; AT&T employee/official addresses end in ATT.COM.  Hovering over the button or link should have shown you a URL it would take you to, and I can pretty much guarantee you it went to a consumer-grade webhosting site, not an address in the ATT.COM domain.

So, it's fraudulent.  Delete it and forget it.
