IPhone on ATT plan says no pw listed, and asks for new password att least daily
Every day that I check my email on my iPhone, i get a message that I need to enter my password for my SBC global.net account. I do that, and it works for the rest of the day, but by the next day, I get the same message… No password in my system. I reset it again, daily. For weeks. Finally it told me for security reasons it was locking me out for 24 hours. There’s nowhere else I can find to go within ATT to resolve this. Please Help!

We understand it's frustrating to constantly have to reset, @Elgruver. Let's unlock your email!
We are aware of customers constantly being signed out. We're working to resolve this as soon as possible. Were you able to get your email unlocked? This can be done with a password reset.
If you still aren't able to get your email unlocked, please let us know. We may need to manually unlock it for you.

Thanks for the feedback so far... I am only having trouble on my phone; my computer email seems to be working. I have followed the password reset directions that have come through the phone--resetting via the iPhone settings. That worked for a week or so, but I had to reset every time, or at least daily. Now it locks me out entirely on my phone. No luck with your suggestion. I think I need to have you manually unlock it for me, please. Thank you!!
