Inquiry about "@sbcglobal.net" e-mail address

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are providing a purchasing service and have a customer support center.
We contact our customer through e-mail and every time we send e-mail to customer who has  "@sbcglobal.net" e-mail address, it's blocked for unknown reason.

If you have an e-mail filtering for our e-mail address domain, please let us know how to resolve this issue.
