I can't sign onto my Yahoo email!

For two days my email has not been "refreshing", but asking me to "Sign In". Now it won't let me even do that!

What in the world is going on?? Is this another of AT&T's "better ideas"?

We recommend resetting you email password to re sync your account. We also have more email troubleshooting steps:

  1. Use currently to login as this is the official login page.
  2. Try clearing cache and cookies to delete previously saved data.
  3. Try using another device or web browser to login.

If that does not help, let us know:

  1. Are you using a web browser or an email app to login?(So we can provide specific steps).

Logging in on what? Web browser? Phone? Application?

If a browser, try logging in using an InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) window in the browser.

What you say it won't let you sign in, what is happening, exactly?

  1. Clear your browser's cookies.
  2. Quit and then restart your browser.
  3. Use a different supported web browser.
  4. Try logging into a different sign-in page, like our primary login page or the Yahoo Mail sign-in page.
