I can't log into MyATT, automatically loads DirecTV account so I no longer have access to my bill or email account information
I was on the phone with ATT, DirecTV, and Uverse for over 3 hours last week trying to get help unlinking MyATT account from my DirecTV account. Someone was supposed to call me back 2 days ago after the "engineers" looked at why I can no longer access MyATT. My DirecTV account is billed through ATT and both used my sbcglobal.net as the userid. I used to be able to log into MyATT and see the bill, set up payments, etc. and log in separately to DirecTV to manage my programming. Now when I try to log into MyATT it automatically redirects me to DirecTV which doesn't give me access to my bill. Because I can't access information about my email through MyATT I also can't generate a secure email key in order to use my sbcglobal.net account on Outlook on my new laptop. I'm beyond frustrated because no one at ATT, DirecTV or even Uverse seems to understand the issue to correct it and I just keep being shuffled around to different people. Someone please help! I mainly want access to my email to set up a secure email key which can only be done through MyATT.
