I cannot access my ATT.NET email account

I cannot access my other ATT.NET email account which I have not used in a few months.  It says my password is wrong (it's not) and when I try to reset the password it says my security answers are wrong (They're not)  The ATT.com paswword reset page then stops and goes nowhere and there are NO chat or phone support options since ATT only helps if you have active internet service, which we disconnected years ago but kept the email accounts.   Please help

Let's get you back into your email again, mariaweiss.

 

Thank you for using the password reset flow. That is always the first step in recovering you email address. 

 

Moving forward, we are going to transition to a Direct Message. You will notice a chat icon next to a bell icon at the top of the page, on the right-hand side. Our next message to you will appear there. 

 

In the meantime, please gather your email account information together. Do not post it here. We will ask for it again. 

 

Just look for that Direct Message notification and follow the instructions provide.

Hello - I am using the forum web page on Chrome. I cannot see either a bell icon nor a chat icon on this page.  What page are you referring to?
