I can not access my att.net email
I have been locked out of my email account and when I hit for "forget password" it takes me to security questions which I never answered. It does not give me the option to choose a temporary password. I have tried online chat and calling support with no answers. Help please, I am about to quit Att

I am having the same issue trying to reset my 94 yr old father's email. I never set up security questions for his account but it won't let me past this screen to request a temporary code. HELP!!!! He has been without email for 1.5 months. We are beyond frustrated to say the least.

If you've never been sent a DM here before, you won't see the icon until they send one. Then it will look like the pic below with a red strobe dot at the top of the forum page. Note that you must be logged into the forum or you won't see it.

I need this help with the same thing. An old sbcglobal.net account that I can no longer access. WHen I try to reset my password it asks me for security questions. I answer with the correct responses, but I get a "hmmmmm.... that didn't work" message.
Is there a phone number to call for help with this?
