How to reset my password for sbcglobal.net

Yep, reset password and I got a 'good to go' message which then took me back to the login page, where I attempted to login with the new password and got a message that my password or email ID was incorrect.  Have tried this four times with the same result.  

btw., do you know login on sbcglobal has so many problems there are entire websites devoted solely to this issue?

I can open my "e" mails on my computer, but my cell phone and Kindles are not recognizing the password change.  How do I fix those?

BTW, I did receive the password recovery email on 3/25/21 but apparently forgot to set up my options.

Have an sbcglobal.net email as well.  With a new phone and number, I cannot reset my password due to the system having only my old phone number.

How do I change the old number to my the new number so that I can reset my password?
