I can't get into my emails as of 2 days ago. A message says my password has been changed, enter password. I never changed my password.

Short answer: use this URL: https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute?pId=E_USER_INFO_PASSTHRU and use Firefox, not Chrome. My daughter who has a sbcglobal.net subaccount had the same problem.
Here is what worked. I have what used to be the master sbcglobal.net account - so I still had access. After logging in with my sbcglobal ID from mail.yahoo.com I went to "My Account" under the Icon with my name in upper right; this returns a listing that has AT&T Account settings on a menu to the left; select manage AT&T Account profile; you get this URL: which you should use: https://uversecentral3.att.com/static/interstitialDsl.html?origination_point=yahoo&flow_entry_point=profile Select the personal account button; you will be redirected to: https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute?pId=E_USER_INFO_PASSTHRU - You can reset your sbcglobal.net password from this page.
Hope that works for you!

The same here, why not to have different ways to confirm the account. My wife's ATT email stopped working and the password did not work, trying to use her cell phone it said that her number was linked to another email that we did not recognize.
Now, we have to call that number and see how long we are going to be hanging there.

Hi, thanks for your message, but when I clicked on the links it is taking me to my wireless account. I created the AT&T emails when I had Uverse but I do not have that anymore, just the wireless account and there is no option to access the emails address. I remember what you are saying about the emails, but I cannot get in there anymore, I will try to call and be hanged for a while sure. Thanks.

After many hours of trying to figure out the same issues, I was finally given the following phone number and she took me to AT@T.com, gave me a temporary password to put in, it took me to a place to put in my own password and problem solved!! 1-844-519-7078

Thanks for posting this, I had exactly the same issue and normal password reset measures didn't work. I was not able to connect any more, even when I typed in manually my password. The ATT employee - the number you provided - explained that it is a Yahoo issue, where they change the security settings. So in case anyone has this issue, call this number and it will be sorted, in particular useful if you don't have an ATT account or US phone number any more.

Thank you so much for sharing this. After answering some security questions, they were able to give me a temporary password to use on att.com.
