How to delete an old Prodigy.net email address, or at least permanently disable it.

We can help you delete your email, rdxland.

Follow the steps from our guide on how to Delete your AT&T email account:

1. Go to Profile.
2. Select Contact info.
3. Select the Email tab.
4. Under Free AT&T email account, select Manage. If you don’t see that option, your email account can’t be deleted.
5. Next to Member ID, select Delete Account. Select OK.
6. Confirm that the Status at the bottom of the User Information section now reads Disabled. Your email account has been deleted.

If it's a subaccount, follow these steps:

1. Go to your myAT&T Profile on a computer or tablet. Sign in, if asked.
2. Scroll to Email account and choose Manage email.
3. Select Manage subaccount.
4. Choose Disable or Enable for the subaccount you want to change.

Those instructions do not work.  I see no  place that says Contact Info or Email tabs

We can look in our system to see if we have the option to delete it on our end, rdxland.

I figured this out (finally!).  I suspended the account I needed to eliminate, and will be deleting others as I get them phased out of several business where they are referenced.
