How do you add a 2nd Yahoo email to Curretly.com?

I log into Currently with my ATT login and then try to add a 2nd ATT email and the system logs me out. I then log back in and try again. Process keeps looping. Do you add the 2nd account differently?

Have you cleared your browsers cache and cookies? This can correct any settings that is causing you to be signed out.

 

Also, have you attempted to do this on another device? This way we can determine if it's something solely with the device you are using or the site itself causing this.

I have cleared the browser and have tried on 3 other devices. It is an sbcglobal.net email.

Are you performing these steps when attempting to add the second email?

  1. Sign into email
  2. Move mouse over or click your pofile image | select Add or Manage account
  3. Click Add account
  4. Sign in new, exsisting email

Also, are you able to sign into the second email on any device at all? This way we can troubleshoot this secondary email if needed.

I was able to resolve with a call to ATT. System would not let me reset my password. Issue was resolved. Thank you for your attention.
