How do I sign into my bellsouth email?

I used to to be able to go to yahoo to sign in to bellsouth.net. I have read the troubleshooting quide but it does not tell me why I keep getting sent to the att.net sign in screen. I have an att.com account only because of my cell phone. I do not have an att email account just the bellsouth. I need to retrieve emails from folders I created.

I can not log on to my Bellsouth.net email - this is a business and its important.  I use to go thru yahoo but att will not allow me to sign on.  This is getting to be ridiculous.

I had my Bellsouth email on my iPhone 7. Started having issues with my email refreshing and loading. Kept getting a message that connection to the server failed. I tried fiercely for hours to fix it. I was told to reset my bet network settings. I did that to no avail. I was told to remove/delete the account and add it back. I need clear instructions on adding my Bellsouth email back to my iPhone 7.

Tell me why do we who still have a bellsouth.net email account, cannot get into it. We have to go through this every time we try to access our accounts. I'm tried of this and I'm quite sure all of us who have bell south.net emails or fed up. We are tired of being treated this way. When will you fix this problem.  Frustrated

For Bellsouth.net emails, you can access them now by signing into ATT.net. It's designed to fully support our Bellsouth.net email users. Help!! I am having the same issue. I have had a Bellsouth account for numerous years. One day, it just quit loading on my phone. After over a year of troubleshooting, I cannot log in, my account cannot be found. When I try to reset the password and/or login information it tells me I have tried too many times. It is almost as if my account has just disappeared. It makes me wonder if it became hacked at some point. But, no matter what I try, I keep running into a dead end road. If I Can just get into the account and get some very important emails I would transfer them to a new account and not look back. Beyond frustrating!

I have the same problem ever since access to internet went away on 10/9/21 and I have ATT Internet. I got internet back but bellsouth.net email stopped and I have talked to people all over the world  and I had my user id and password documented and it stopped working - talked to people in over a dozen countries and can't seem to find the tech support that used to help with this one a single phone call anymore. I am beyond frustrated and it is important that I get to see the emails for the past 3 weeks. Can anyone help me - I thought I posted this question a week or so ago... Can you recommend a place I can go to get assistance with this as the customer service number I am told to call over and over doesn't seem to get me the answer I need. I am thinking of canceling service after 30-40 years .... just need to get my emails for the last 3 weeks and some of the important ones in my emails now. I can't even get to the web based server - if only someone can help it would be appreciated.
