If you are still out there I have a question. I have a pacbell.net account and recently started having trouble with Outlook. MY ATT is very user-unfriendly when it comes to helping with OAuth and the new Secure Mail Key. But if I read the instructions correctly as long as I am using the yahoo mail platform by ATT I should not have any problems on my laptop/desktop?
Yes, as long as you are using webmail, you will be fine. If you are using Outlook 2010, 2013, or 2016, you should be good.

I tried the directions above. They did not work. It says my email and last name do not exist in your records. This is a bellsouth.net account. The last email I received according to my cell phone was Dec. 25, 2017
Been locked out of my e-mail since December 27th. I am 77, I receive a lot of my medical information from my doctors via this email account. I have also tried the directions above, to no avail. I have called several times. 2 numbers I contacted tried to charge me a fee of $99 to reset my password! When I asked if the fee could be waived, the customer service rep gave me a phone number. I called, it turned out to be a Spectrum number! I've been to the AT&T store in Rochester NY, and they couldn't help. I called the store in Collierville TN, where my account was set up, and they couldn't help. Today I was literally told by an AT&T employee that i'll never be able to access this email account again. This all seems ridiculous to me that there wasn't a better plan for this. PLEASE. HELP.
I’m not able to access my Bellsouth. Net e-mails on my new ATT iPhone 8. I’m having to use my ATT iPhone 7 for my e-mails. This has been an inconvenience since I normally don’t carry 2 iPhones. By the time I get to my emails I have over 200 messages or spam on my account. These issues aren’t helping me get to my messages. Everything else has gone smoothly to my new phone, social media except my e-mails. Why does it have to be so difficult? Can you help? Customer Service offered no help when I called them. Thanks for helping me get into my messages soon on my new phone; so it no longer is a nuisuiance.

Your correction system does not allow me to get to get on line with bell south in order to get my email. I have made at least three attempts.
