Help with Care Code: 205.2 [LU003]

I continue to have this code come up every 7-10 days and have to go to forgot password and reset it,  I have not been the source of any failed attempts.  DO you have a hacker targeting accounts??  Is there a solution to this issue??

Hi, mcclory1. We can shed more light on the 205 error code for you.


We're aware that quite a few email users are getting this error code, and we're working on a resolution. You can learn more about the dreaded 205 error code, what it means, why this is happening, and what we're doing to fix it right here in the Forums.


In the meantime, please try these troubleshooting options as a workaround:

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove any stored password information. Be sure to close and relaunch your browser afterward.
  2. When you're prompted to reset your password, that you use the Forgot password option.
