Help remove us from spam email blacklist
Hi there. I work for a trade association. Our emails are being blocked when trying to send to sbcglobal.net and snet.net accounts. How or whom do I contact to help get us removed from any possible spam/blacklists? Thanks!

Hi there, @rtreadway! We understand the importance of getting your email unblocked. We're happy to get you pointed in the right direction for help.
We recommend emailing our abuse team at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net.
When the AT&T Postmaster staff receives a request with the needed information, requests are then evaluated. If granted, the block will be removed within 24 to 48 hours. There are situations when mail interruptions or blocks are in place outside the AT&T domain. In these cases, we will attempt to make contact with the party initiating the block and seek a resolution. If there is no change after 48 hours, please include the current and complete error message that you are receiving in your follow-up email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net.
Please note that our team receives a high volume of requests every day, and processing them all can take some time.

What our bulk email system report says is "Send status: bounced; Reason: spam-related."

That sounds like some interpretation of the actual return from the AT&T mail servers has been done by the "bulk email system," because that doesn't look like a known AT&T DNR message.
What actions does your "bulk email system" provider suggest?
