Help logging into sbcglobal.net email account

I have been logged out of my sbcglobal.net email and am unable to log back in. I am being looped all over the internet . The at&t site is not working for me as well. How can I reset my password and log in?

Hi, @Sbcglobaluserformorethan20, we would be happy to help with signing into your email.

Before proceeding, we recommend you clear your cache and cookies to get rid of any stored data that may be interfering. You can also try using a different browser/device and using private/incognito browsing. 

 

You can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Finally, we recommend signing in through Currently, as this is AT&T's preferred method for using our email services.

 

Please give those steps a try and let us know if this helps with getting back into your email.  If not, we may need to speak in a Direct Message and take a closer look into your account to see about performing a manual reset for you.

The option for a temporary password is not there, and my answers to my security questions are not working either. Please help!
