Have not been able to access my email account for about a week now

I've had my current email address for several decades and all of a sudden last week I cannot access my email through the Webmail website used forever.  Have changed the password (successfully), used a different computer (with different browser) to try and login all without success. 

I cannot access any of my emails, contacts, etc. and have worked with AT&T to no avail as they claim the email address does not exist (even though the domain is registered to AT&T Services, Inc.).

Greatly appreciate any help or support this forum can provide to regain access and/or direction to take to resolve!!  Thanks in advance for the help!!

Appreciate the note and we submitted this form when the Customer Support folks couldn't figure out how to fix the issue.  Subsequent to this, and digging around on our own, we determined that AT&T sold this book of business to Digital Space and they were able to get the email back online and working.

I have a bell south email address and now when friends send me an email it is bounced back.  I have received emails from these people for years, now not able to receive them.  What can I do to resolve this issue?

I had a similar thing happen to me, I migrated from DSL to fiber and they "lost" my email account.  I've spent frustrating hours on the phone to people who barely speak English in a room full of other talking to customers in the background.  at&t leaves a lot to be desired and soon as as possible I'm switching providers.
