Frequent "You have reached the limit of failed login attempts"
For weeks I have been receiving notices that I "have reached the limit of failed login attempts" and that I must reset my e-mail password. This is false; I haven't had failed login attempts. Today I had to reset my password twice. What is going on? How do I stop this?

This is what's going on. It's not you.

Thank you. One more puzzle. When I tried to follow the link to this response from my home PC I received an "Access denied from this server" message. Have I been locked out of the Forums? I tried the link several times and am now working from the local public library and using a different browser.

No, you're not blocked. Nothing about this website surprises me on a normal day. However there have been forum changes going on this week and it might be related to that activity.
I'd say do the normal clear browser cache and cookies, try a different browser, log out of the forums and try it or finally, try it from an incognito or private window session.
