failed attempt due to wrong password provided too many times
I am having to constantly change my password due to getting this error message. I have Advast premium security and I don't save any passwords on my browser (Google Chrome) which has a hack alert system and I don't get any messages from my security system so I'm confused on what is going on. At this rate ( 22 times in the last couple months ) I am wondering if ATT isn't safe to have for an email. Any suggestions on what is going on and how to fix it??? Thank You

this has been happening to me for over a year now. In the past it only occurred maybe once a month or less. Now it is almost either every day or every other day.
What I do, which is the quickest way, is to open a ATT Chat and have them Re-sync my accounts. After that I again have access to my online ATT accounts without having to change my password.
