error code 205.61 cannot log into my sbcglobal.net email account
i have been unable to log into my email account on sbcglobal.net for over 6 months. I try to reset my password many times and a message appears 'not enough details from accounts'. I have called in and they are unable to reset password over the phone. The same problem with my iphone. I have created a yahoo email account in the interim. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated,
