email

I cannot access my att&tYahoo email=I have cleared the cache/browser. Changed the password. I have been locked out for almost a month. Can someone help

I understand your concern. Let's get the help you need.

 

Being locked out of your account can raise a concern and be problematic. I understand you need help to access it again.  We have some great resources which may be able to help!

 

You can check out our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.  Here, you choose Internet tab > Email Setup and Repair.  Here, you can follow a troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your email!  You can also troubleshoot accessing email.  You can review information for resetting the email password and updating your security questions. This link will provide many resources for your email account.

 

Additional Trouble Shooting steps.

  1. Go to currently.com.
  2. Select Mail.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Get your authentication security code. If you have more than one phone number on your account, choose which number should get your code.
  5. Enter the code and click Submit to sign in.

If you recently changed the password for your AT&T user ID, try to sign in to your email using that new password. If that doesn’t work, reset your password:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot Password?
  3. Complete the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts.
    (If you choose temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.)
  5. Create your new password.

Please note: If you cancel your AT&T Internet account, you will still have access to your account as long as your account is in good standing. If there is a balance owed on the AT&T internet account, you will lose access to the email until it is resolved.  If you break terms and conditions, the email will be deactivated.

I have tried all these steps and I can’t access my email.  And I have tried on different computers along with my iPhone

I have changed the password. Issue when I go to the ATT website and they want to verify your info my cell # is no longer associated with ATT so it won’t recognize that number
