Email Sub Account locked
So my email app prompted me for my password, it's been about 8 years since I entered one, I only use 2 passwords and it did not like either. Had to call several times to find someone who even knew what a sub account is. Long story short, they can only reset my password if I tell them the att land line number I had when I set this up almost 11 years ago, I only had the land line cause it was a bundle, but I don't recall using it. So they told me I will lose access to the email ive had for 11 years if i cannot verify this number?!?!?! I'm beside myself, so much personal things in my email that i may not ever be able to access again.

Same problem. But, I actually still have & use that landline! Do you happen to have the number you called to get to that point?

I called 800-288-2020 and asked for lvl 2 support, then asked for a supervisor.
