Email still not working
Enter username and password, and when I try to log in, I immediately get "logout successful" then the screen says “Something’s gone wrong. We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later." I never get signed in to my email.
Tried in Chrome and Edge, cleared cache for both. I cannot reset my password because I can’t log in to do so.
Chatted with customer support. Filled out email recovery form online several weeks ago. Issue still unresolved. Please help!
