email signs out
Both my husband and mine emails keeps signing us out, wanting a new password, then it accepts the old as the new, then signs out again!

Thank you for that informaiton, @kmmdw.
For your husband using Outlook, we recommend using a secure email key to see if that alleviates the app signing him out.
We also recommend resetting the password for your email as this can re-sync your address in our system and can at times resolve sign in issues, such as they one you are experiencing.
You can reset the password with these steps:
Let us know fi either of these steps help! If not, it's possible we may need to bring you into a direct message to investiagte this further.

Let's get your email secure, @kmmdw.
Please let us know how you're accessing your settings. If you are using a web browser, we first suggest the following:
If you are trying to sign in using an email client, we recommend setting up or updating your client. You may use the drop-down menu from the article to choose your operating system for detailed, accurate, and the most up-to-date instructions on setting up your email.
Also, please let us know if you have set up Open Authentication (OAuth) or a Secure Mail Key. This will help us determine the best path toward a resolution.
We look forward to hearing back from you!

We are on apple devices. It happened when I used the Yahoo app, so I went to the 'Current' email and it is still happening. My husband uses Outlook for Apple Phone. I am not useing a secure mail key on these devices but can. When it logs me off it just allows for the password and lets me reuse the same password.
