My father has an sbcglobal.net account. We tried accessing the account and it keeps indicating his user id, which is his email address is not correct. We tried to reset it, it asked for his email address and we input it. We received an error message saying his email does not exist. He has had it for 10+ years! Now we can't get into his email. How do we go about fixing this? Thanks.
