I am trying to log into my email but it will not accept the password that I have always had.

When I try to reset password it has security questions that I never set up

Good afternoon, @KarenKCPC. We understand that you are not able to answer the security questions, when it comes to the resetting your email password. We can help you with that. 

 

Before we begin our next step, we are going to ask a couple of questions.

  1. What error or Care Code are you getting when you try to log in your email? The reason why we ask this is, that different error codes require different troubleshooting methods.
  2. Is your email address attached to an Active AT&T service, such as internet or even AT&T Wireless? The reason why we ask this is, that we can possibley send the password reset to an active account service address.

Since you have tried to follow the password reset flow and it did not work for you, then we are going to move on to our next step, and that is to move this conversation to the Direct Message space. 

 

You will see at chat icon, next to a bell icon, in the upper right of this thread, next to your forums profile. Our next message will appear there.
