Email locked out

I have tried to get into my att.net email many times. I swear using the correct password. Now I'm locked out. And when I submit the "reset password" info (email address and last name) it sends me an email to the email address I'm locked out of yo reset the password! HELP!!!

Are you getting any error code when you try to sign in?

 

We recommend resetting your password

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Since the temporary password is being sent to an email address that you are locked out, try to check if there are security questions on the account, or a recovery phone number associated with the account to receive the code.

 

If none of these work for you, please let us know so we can meet in a private message and review your account for any other recovery options.

Unfortunately, I do not have a phone number or security questions on file. I submitted the request to have it reset. That was Sunday. Still nothing back. Would love to meet in a chat to discuss other options.
