Email Issues

Hello,

It seems my email has possibly been hacked as I was logged out of my email and when I tried to log back in it says my password was wrong. When I called ATT they have told me my passcode and my security question was wrong - the security question is one I have never selected in my life, so I beleive my account has been hacked. Is there anything I can do or have I lost everything for good?
