Email Disabled -- HOW TO FIX/ENGAGE SUPPORT?
My father-in-law's email ([email scrubbed]) has been disabled. He's had this for at least 15+ years. Not sure what happened, unable to logon from any of the ATT/Yahoo/Currently web sites. The logon page says -- "Sending verification code to [email scrubbed]" <-- REALLY? Seems like it happened in the past 7 days, as we have an email from him on 13 FEB. Also get the "Not Found on Accelerator" -- clearing cache, cookies, etc., does not resolve.
Response:
The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<[email scrubbed]>
(reason: 554 30 Sorry, your message to [email scrubbed] cannot be delivered. This mailbox is disabled (554.30).)
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR FIXING THIS?

We're here to help with your Father in Law's email, @whoppejr752!
So that we can dig a little deeper into what's causing those errors on his account, we'll need to speak privately. Check the Direct Message inbox in the top right corner of your screen. We'll be sending you a DM shortly and look forward to speaking with you!
