email deleted

My email main address was deleted. It deleted all of my emails. How do I get it back?

We know the impact of the deleted emails @JandLWoody01, we're glad to shed some lights!

If there is a subaccount to the master account, there is a way to recover the deleted account. The domain will be unusable, and any data associated with it will be irretrievable if you do not have a subaccount.

Note: Unfortunately there is no way to recover the emails which are deleted, since the main address is deleted.

We suggest that you create a new email account by following the instructions below

  1. Go to http://sm.att.com/e05b5109 and select Sign In.
  2. Choose Create AT&T Account.
  3. Enter your wireless number and ZIP Code. We'll text you a confirmation code.
  4. Enter the code and select Continue.
  5. Complete the info to create your new AT&T email address and password.
  6. Enter your profile info and security questions and answers.
  7. Follow the prompts to verify your account.
  8. Print or copy your email address, password, and security questions info, in case you forget your password.
  9. Select Continue when you see the confirmation page.

Please let us know if this helps.

In this day and time I have a hard time believing they can not recover the email accounts. Also, for it to be so detrimental why are ALL e-mail accounts tied to one? How about a BIG warning that you are about to erase EVERY email address  the person has!!!

Hi @JandLWoody01

We understand you, we're here to guide you!

As informed earlier, we wouldn't be able to recover the emails as the main address is deleted.

Let us know if you if you need any other assistance.
