Email being blocked from my organization - No response from abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

Our emails are being blocked from sending to AT&T domains. I have emailed abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net 3 times this week so far with no response from anyone.

We understand the urgency to hear back from the email Postmaster, mhuard.

 

The team can get pretty busy, so it may take more than a week to get a response. Try not to send so many emails, as they could end up getting flagged as spam. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

So is there no other recourse for this? Just sit and wait for a response? This makes no sense.
