I have tried to set up my profile for my E-mail account,and have entered the mobile phone number many times,but I never receive the verification code on my mobile phone. Where do I find that verification code on my phone?

We know how important it is to have access to your email account, and we'd be happy to help with your email verification code, @Parmenides.
Due to a recent security update, our email system has been requiring everyone to input a wireless number as a recovery option.
You can follow these steps if you have an AT&T Wireless number:
If you do not have an AT&T Wireless number, then these are the steps you'd follow:
Heads up: It can take up to 30 days before you can use your wireless number to reset your password. This is for both AT&T and non AT&T Wireless numbers.
