Email Acct recovery. Forgot password.
Go through forgot password process, enter user id and last name and get msg saying unable to verify identity. Recovery email is lost email and no option to use security questions appears.
Tech assist has been unable to resolve.
Is there a more senior customer service person to call or can anyone suggest other options? Thanks
