Email Accounts

We start up our browser at the att/yahoo page, it comes up in Spanish and is telling us that we are in Panama. The work around that was to use as our home page.  Now we cannot get into our SBCGLOBAL accounts.  HELP

We recommend that you start with clearing your cache and cookies to remove any currently saved password info.


Once you've done that, try resetting your password. Doing this can help to re-sync your account and alleviate anything that may be preventing you from getting logged in. You can reset your password manually by following these steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

In addition to those steps, please let us know if you're receiving any specific error codes when you attempt to access your email. This info can help us identify the root cause of your login issue.
