Email Account Recovery Form
I filled in the email account recovery form for my wife April 25th. There has been no response that I know of. How do I get an update on the status of this recovery, no tracking information is provided when completing the form. And what is the form of the response...email? phone call? Chat?

It is May 15, 2023. We received a call from AT&T Digital Assistance to my wife's cell phone. Assuming the call is a response to our Email Account Recovery Form opened in April. The rep was very helpful, said our information was good, and proceeded to send a temp password. We updated our password, and updated the profile from the MyATT screens...all is good. 600 emails awaiting.
