After reviewing the address the “Re-Validate” link sends you to, it is most likely a phishing email.
We offer some great online resources to help you spot Fake Emails and some additional steps you can take to protect yourself.
In the second article, there is some information on how to report the phishing scam to AT&T Internet Security and the Anti-Phishing Working Group.

I got an e-mail from [email scrubbed], The e-mail I copied and pasted it to this. I don't know if it is fake or not. So I refuse to answer it

@chabro27 It's a PHISHING scam designed to capture your email login info. Delete it and move on with the understanding that you'll likely get more in the coming days as these guys don't give up so easily.
