Currently AT&T Login/Logout Loop - Cannot access anything

Cannot access anything in my AT&T profile to even get to my bellsouth email address. I tried logging in & even verified with a code sent to my mobile phone. However, the login is an endless loop. I enter username and password, click to log in. The screen changes and a message flashes across the top saying "Logout successful". Then the login screen appears again. This happens whether I try via yahoo mail, att.com or currently.com. I do not want to reset my password or create a secure mail key just to access my email. I even tried creating a new email address with AT&T (@att.net) and I can't access that either! I've tried on two different computers & on two different browsers on each computer. One of the computers had never been used to access AT&T either, so clearing my cache/browser history clearly isn't the problem.

Often, clearing your cache/cookies from both your device and browser will help with login errors.

  • How long has this been going on?
  • What device are you using to access the myAT&T app?
  • Have you made sure that you're using the latest version of the myAT&T app on your device?
  • Are you able to Sign in to myAT&T on our website, instead of the app?
