Constantly having to change password
Hello! Hopefully someone can help me. For the past year or so, every few weeks when I go to open my email, I get this message:
The limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached. Select Forgot user ID or Forgot password to restore access.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]
The only way I have found to be able to access my email is to reset my password. I am very tired of doing this. Does anyone know why this keeps happening and more importantly, how to prevent it from happening again?
